FoneMaadi does not accept payments for products or services offered by businesses listed on the platform. Any payment made by a user is made directly to the respective business.

2. Refunds

Since FoneMaadi does not collect or hold customer payments, we are unable to issue refunds for any products or services purchased from businesses listed on our platform.

Any request for a refund must be made directly to the business from which the purchase or booking was made. Refunds are subject to that business's own policies and applicable laws.

3. Cancellations
