1. Eligibility

Businesses listed on FoneMaadi must be legitimate businesses, professionals, organizations, or service providers operating in accordance with applicable laws.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright or trademark.
  • The content is truthful and not misleading.

4. Prohibited Listings

The following are not permitted on FoneMaadi:

  • Duplicate listings for the same business.
  • Illegal products or services.
  • Counterfeit goods.
  • Adult or obscene content.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Spam or promotional abuse.
  • Content that violates any applicable law.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Businesses must not manipulate reviews or ratings by posting fake reviews or encouraging misleading feedback.

FoneMaadi reserves the right to investigate and remove reviews that appear fraudulent, abusive, or violate our policies.

6. Listing Approval

FoneMaadi may review new listings before they are published. We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing that does not comply with this policy or our Terms & Conditions.

Businesses are solely responsible for:

8. No Guarantee of Ranking

Creating a listing does not guarantee placement in search results, homepage features, or promotional sections. Listings may be ordered based on relevance, quality, popularity, location, or other factors.

9. Removal of Listings

FoneMaadi reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that:

  • Contain false information.
  • Receive repeated complaints.
  • Remain inactive for an extended period.
  • Violate our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
  • Pose a risk to users or the platform.
